New Here ,

As stated above, I am wondering if it permissible to use the free plan version of Adobe Express (browser version) for commercial, promotional, and organizational purposes?

Thanks in advanced!

Hi @Min26049667g7md

Thanks for reaching us; I'd like to inform you that Adobe Express can be used for business reasons like other Adobe products. Adobe Express is primarily made to be used for that purpose.

The licence conditions of any stock assets you utilise in your design would be the only deciding factor. The designs/shapes, as they are shown, belong to Adobe. You need to modify them (Adobe assets) to create your very own work.
