Verknüpfungen um direkt aus Adobe Express in Instagram zu posten

Liebe Community,

ich würde so gerne direkt aus Adobe Express in Instagram posten können. Leider scheitere ich an den Verknüpfungen zwischen Instagram, Adobe Express und Facebook.

Eigentlich habe ich den Eindruck, ich tue alles genauso, wie es mir auf der Adobe Express Seite empfohlen wird. Ich habe Instagram mit Facebook verknüpft. Wenn ich dann zur Adobe Express Seite zurückgehe und von dort aus versuche, die Konten zu verknüpfen, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung, dass Facebook bereits mit Adobe Express verbunden sei. Gleichzeitig habe ich jedoch nicht die Möglichkeit, direkt in Instagram zu posten.

Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich, was ich vielleicht übersehen oder falsch machen könnte?

Hi! Have you tried all the steps listed in this article?

Connect Instagram for business account
And your Instagram account is a business account? Unfortunately you can't connect with a private account.

If it's still not working, maybe close browser and clear cache and then try again might do the trick.

Ja, ich habe einen Business-Insta-Account und ich folge den Anweisungen im link und habe gerade den Browsercache zurückgesetzt und bekomme leider eine Fehlermeldung, dass ich bereits über facebook mit Adobe Express verknüpft sei. Das kann ich aber facebook nicht nachvollziehen. ich sehe dort keine Verknüpfung. Hat vllt jemand noch eine hilfreiche Idee?

Ist es egal, ob ich die facebook und Instagram Profile von facebook aus oder von Instagram aus verbinde?

The screenshot was taken in Adobe Express. To connect your accounts you go there and select the platform you want to connect to, in your case it's Instagram. Then the app takes you to this screen:

If you click the button, it goes to the next screen where it says you already have connected through Facebook before. If you confirm the connection to your Instagram account should be made.

If this doesn't work it might help to disconnect Facebook and reconnect again. And also check your setting in your Meta/Facebook accounts.

Other than this, I don't know what might be going wrong. I'm sorry if I can't help you further.
