I created the video and it works with sound. However, after I download the video to share it has no sound. I tried downloading on a mac and on a Chromebook. I can't find the settings to fix it.
may I ask how do you have Created the video? Did you upload some video or did you created it from the Quick Action? Can you maybe share the video so that we can have a better understanding?
up voting this. Uploaded an MTS video with sound only to have it converted to MP4 without sound. No sound viewing online pre-download and no sound after pulling it down.
