Question

Videos are not saving?

Hi, so I use Adobe Express for creating social videos and I've found that it works really well. But lately I've been having a lot of problems with the files saving. When I finish creating my videos and then try to download them it says, "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon." And I noticed all of my videos say they are still saving, but they never stop saving so I can never download them. Has anyone else had these issues and found a way to resolve it?

Hey @Marie26689055xus0, Welcome to our Adobe Express Community!

Are you still having trouble downloading the video file in Adobe Express? Please confirm if this is happening with other project types or just video types. Were you able to export PNG/JPG file types? Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you're working on?

Please share your observations!

Hi Amitej,

Thanks for responding so fast! It's happening with videos I upload. I'll upload a video, and then the video goes blank (see attached screenshot) and says that it's loading, but then the videos stay loading forever. It's been 24 hours, and they're still loading. If the videos are still loading then the video project won't save, and I don't have the option to download my project. I have cleared my cashe/cookies, I tried using a different browser (my primary browser is Google Chrome), and I've tried using incognito mode. Nothing seems to work. I've had no problems with uploading videos before, so I'm not sure why it's starting to happen now. Any insight you may have would be helpful!

Thanks,

Ann-Marie

Got it, thanks for sharing the screenshot! Can you please refer to this community thread and see if it helps you: https://adobe.ly/4iP0pkK

Some other community users facing the same issue got this resolved with the instructions shared there.

Let me know if it helps!
