Voiceover option disappeared

My students were creating presentations in Adobe Express and we usually include voice overs. However, the voice over option that is found in "media-audi" has disappered for some students. We tried making a copy of their presentations and even starting a new one, but still doesn't show up!

I'm having the same issue. I cannot add a voiceover to a presentation. You can only add a pre-recorded audio file. Is this intentional?

No option for voiceover.

We are working to bring back an enhanced version of voiceover that works better with presentations shortly. Until then, the easiest would be to upload the voice-over in the presentation as an audio file.

We're sorry to hear about this. Would you mind elaborating more on the issue you're seeing? Are you uploading your own audio to the presentation? If so, what happens when you upload it? What outcome are you trying to achieve?
