What is the difference in this subscription list for Adobe Express?

I use Adobe express primarily on my iPad.  The format is not compatible with the desktop.  Right now I have Adobe Express Monthly.  I can't seem to find any answers on the difference in these subscriptions.  Can someone please tell me what is different?

I do want access to stock and Fonts.

I subscribe to photoshop for only $10.84 a month.   I get adobe express, all templates.   Adobe stock? Yup.   Font's? 30,000 of em, included. 

The adobe design mobile mobil you also get adobe illustrator.  The average user simply does not need illustrator for day to day stuff. 

Adobe Spark?  It's called Adobe Express now. Yup, Adobe Express.
