White bar shows up on bottom of cover art from after exporting from Adobe Express

I recently created a cover within Adobe Express, but when I go to export the image, it has a white bar at the bottom of it when it's not supposed to be there. It doesn't show up within the project though, just the exported version. Why is this happening?

Hi Jessica,

Thanks for reporting this. Let us investigate this. However, we will require some information to reach the root cause. Has this happened on a phone app or a web app? Share the workflow that you have followed to complete this task. Is this the only project that has an issue? Have you tried duplicating the project? It will be great if you reply to us with the screenshot of the project so that we could understand the issue better. Appreciate your patience.

Thanks

This is happening to me too. I have a project where I'm simply creating a long banner for an email signature and a white bar is showing up which is really obvious when I zoom inside photoshop (see screenshot attached) but not present when I'm editing online, even when the blue background is extended way beyond the canvas.

This happens when I export to either png ot jpeg, but not when I export to PDF.
