White screen when visiting a public Adobe Express template link

I am trying to give my clients access to a template I created. These are clients who will rarely own an Adobe Subscription so I need this to work out of the box, for non premium users.

However, when I visit a template link I get a blank screen and raw HTML flashes for a second.

I have started a Twitter thread about this and then Adobe Care asked me to create this topic. So feel free to read about the whole issue on Twitter. I posted some screenshots there too.

This happens on a MacBook Pro in Chrome but also in Safari.

Hey @carolinev,

We apologize for the frustration caused. I'd like to inform you that the product team has already been notified about the problem you reported to Adobe Care on Twitter & we'll let you know once this gets resolved.

However, as a workaround, you can ask your clients to create an Adobe ID and sign in before attempting to view the link. This might help you with the issue until it gets resolved.

Thanks,

Amitej
