Why can't I access photos in Adobe Express when I am paying $19.99 a month for a subscription?

I am paying $19.99 a month for an Acrobat Pro subscription and I can't even access photos in Adobe Express because they are all Premier!  Tonight I was locked out of a document I was designing, which is not cool.  I am being offered a free 30 day subscription, after which the cost will be $9.99 a month.  This doesn't make sense when I already have a subscription in which I'm paying $19.99 a month.  Previously, I had a higher priced subscription and had access to programs like PhotoShop that I didn't need and were taking up too much space on my computer.  I switched over to the Acrobat Pro subscription in January and had no problems with Adobe Express until now.  All I need is Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Express; what plan do I need to have full access to both of these programs?

Same here! I've been using it for over a year because it was included in my subscription. I just finished an agent chat, and they said it's no longer included in the plan. They said they sent "several" emails about the program change, but I couldn't find any emails anywhere. They emailed me copy of the email they sent me in April. BS! I never received it! The email said it was changing in May 2025 but I was using Adobe Express all through July 2025.

Hi @bbsoileau,

 

I understand how frustrating this must be. Access to Adobe Express Premium is no longer included with the Acrobat Pro subscription as of May 2025, following a plan change communicated via email. To have full access to both Acrobat Pro and Adobe Express Premium, you would need either the Creative Cloud All Apps plan or an Acrobat Pro plan combined with an Adobe Express Premium subscription.

Things like this can be frustrating for certain. Unfortunately there is no one plan for just: Adobe Acorbat and Adobe Express. 

You can get the Adobe Creative All Apps plan though. As you mentioned that this plan could be too much.
