Hello and good day.

I am new to Adobe express and I am having an issue with making youtube thumbnails. I have spent hours troubleshooting and trying to get my thumbnails to work and I just cant. My issue is, ill upload an image to my background and post a font over it. But when I download the image to a png or pdf or jpg, all I get are the titles with a white background, adobe express is NOT exporting the image I chose as my background image? whats up with that.

I have set the image to be apart of the background using the editor tool on the right side, by turning the "add to background" option on and off.

I have set a transparent background and even tried to screen shot it and resize it using another program like gimp.

I have attempted other PDF editing software to see if it was my pc and I have no idea what is going on or why that is happening.

I honostly dont know how to fix this after browsing the forums and support, I may not keep my subscription if I am forced to use the already existing images and graphics on adobe express.

Hi @Curly281253429mzt, I tried replicating the workflow you mentioned, and it worked fine for me. I'd recommend you once try after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or working in an incognito/private browsing mode. You can also try working on a different browser to check if that makes any difference.

Also, if possible, you can share with us the image you're trying to set as the background via a direct message.

If you still get this error, let us know;

Best,

Use another browser like Chrome or Firefox that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers or VPN enabled.

I think the problem was resolved with rebooting. Thanks.
