Issue with Low-Resolution Downloads in Adobe Firefly

New Here ,
Nov 16, 2024 Nov 16, 2024

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered when downloading files from Adobe Firefly. I’ve noticed that when I download images created using the /generate feature, the image quality is significantly reduced, and they come out in low resolution.

The images appear blurry and lose many details, even though they seemed high-quality when initially created. Is there a way to upgrade the image quality upon download? I’d like to ensure the files are downloaded at the highest possible resolution, especially for commercial use or printing.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and clarification on this matter. I’d appreciate any updates or solutions available, or if this is a temporary issue with the system.

Best regards,

Hello @meitalm75192690,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Is it possible you are in fast mode? Please see this article:

Images generated in fast mode can be upscaled by pressing this button:
