Problems with composition references not being followed since the release of model 4 [merged thread]

Several people have reported problems with composition references not being followed since the release of Model 4.  I have merged some of those messages here. There have also been reports in the Firefly Discord.

If you are experiencing that problem, please reply to this post and include the reference image you used, your prompt, and whether you were using Model 3 or Model 4.

Llevo un buen tiempo usando la herramienta para hacer fotos de casas 2D a hiperrealistas y funcionaba perfecto cuando subia la imagen como referencia y le pedia una casa de hormigon blanco siguiendo la referencia, luego solo iba agregando por ejemplo puertas negras o marcos de madera y juntaba las partes, pero ahora volvi a entrar y hacer lo mismo de siempre pero ahora no me respeta la referencia, se inventa todo, es pessimo, perdi algo muy bueno y no tengo forma de volver a una version anterior de la herramienta

I am sorry for the issue. Are you getting the reference issue while using the model 4? If yes, can you try using the Model 3?

Ya no funciona la referencia de composición

It doesn't matter what they RENAMED it. It works horribly now. And has ever since they changed it. The STRUCTURE version actually did what it said, I had amazing results. This COMPOSITION doesn't know what to do so it just does nothing. I've adjusted the Strength slider in every direction. Worthless. Enlighten me on my shortcomings?! What am I doing wrong?

The reference works on model 3, but the results are poor. This problem has existed for several months, and you still haven’t been able to solve it? Make an effort...

Thanks for responding. Yes I did try the vector for a different prompt, but I prefer watercolor style images. Just wish firefly was working properly for me. Do you know if there was an update or some type of bug happening?

stop asking for images you have 3 pages full of examples, the problem is still there since 5 months ago.. and people are paying for it

Amazing how terrible Firfly's Composition and even more so Style Reference has become. When trying to match 3D styles applied to multiple isolated objects it used to require some finess, but Firefly got close and results were usable. Now it's absolute chaos and style matching is non existent.
