Unable to generate images

I’m unable to generate images, even though I’ve confirmed that I have enough credits. Could you please let me know why this is happening?

Thank you for your messages. 

Can you please give us some more information? Can you please reply with the following information:
• Does this happen on every image creation?

• A screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).
• Then, please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Also, as a test, can you please try image creation on another browser and see if it works.

모든 이미지 생성시 오류 발생

네트워크 변경 후에도 오류 발생

mac OS: Sequoia 15.5

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I tried your prompt and was able to generate images. Please know that I used the Image 4 model to generate these and Image 3 was also working fine.
