Hello @arine98A6,
Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. These questions and answers are from the document: Everything you wanted to know about Favourites in Adobe Firefly:
Q: I cannot find my favourites! What happened to them?
A: Are you using the same browser on the same computer where you favourited them? Because they are stored in the browser cache, you can only access a favourite in the same browser on the computer or mobile device it was favourited on.
Q: I am
...Hey everyone! Favorites are saved locally to your browser and will not carry over to different browsers or machines. (Ex: Chrome --> Safari --> Firefox.) Please also be aware that your favorites will only save if you have enough memory on your machine.

Unfortunately, I believe that the information stored in the browser's local storage was corrupted.
If you delete a filrefly favorite, you delete the browser's cookie and storage, but once you do this, the favorite cannot be recovered.
The same goes for unintentional disappearances.
It is a good idea to save the prompt text separately or retrieve and save the link in case of trouble.

Favourites are actually stored within the browser, so they are only visible in the specific browser on the specific computer they have been saved in. They are not stored in Creative Cloud. The best way today to be able to return to the creation page of images across browsers/computers is to use the Copy link function and then paste the URL it generates in a common location.
Adobe has heard from many of us that this is not a reasonable situation and have said they are considering alternatives.

Favourites are stored in the browser, so you have to use the same browser on the same computer. Are you using the same browser on the same computer where you favourited them? If so, have you recently reset or cleared browser information recently (deleting cookies and cache, etc)?

When I'm in stock it has thumbnails of my favorite firefly images but when I click on it it says I have 0 items in my folder. When I switch over to firefly web it also says I have no favorites.

Did you use the same browser on the same computer to save the favourites?

It seems that none of my favorites are ever saved. I would appreciate help.

Are you looking in the same browser on the same computer? Favourites are not stored centrally (unfortunately), they are stored in the browser. So if you change to another browser or computer, you will not see the ones you previously stored.
Also, because they are stored in the browser cache, if you clear the browser cache your favourites will be gone.
If none of these apply to you (you are using the same browser on the same computer and did not clear your cache), then is the favourites page blank? If you save a favourite now, is it visible on the favourites page?

Hello,
all favorites disappeared over night. I have noticed that favorites cannot be saved across browsers. The fact that the images then simply disappear after a month is problematic.

When I click the favorite icon on a generated image, the images do not show up in the favorites panel.

Your favorites are stored in your browser's storage.
If your browser settings do not allow storage or cookies, you will not be able to save your favorites.
You will need to check your browser settings and make sure they are correct or use a different browser.

Favorites are saved using your browser data, so they won't be available on another browser, in incognito mode, or if you clear your browser data

Hiya so some of the images I created when I first started using Adobe Firefly have disappeared. How can I retrieve those? I made sure to favorite them so they didn't disappear.
Thanks.

Hello @AuroraPhoenix41 ,
Thanks for your message. Is it possible you saved them while using a different browser on the same computer or on another computer? They are saved in the browser cache so you can only access the using the browser on that computer, and you should not clear your cache/cookies.
If they were in the same browser on the same computer, it is likely you cannot recover them. The primary way of recovering them is if you back up your browser user profile directory and are able to restore that from backups. Few people back that data up.
My best,
droopy

Hello @leadheaded,
Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.
Just confirming, this is on the same browser on the same computer they were favourited?
Unfortunately, if you are using the same browser on the same computer and they are no longer there, they are most likely gone forever. This could happen if, for example, you cleared your cache in the browser.
I said "most" likely, because there are steps you can take to rewind your cache if you had already been backing it up, but most people do not do that. My primary platform is Mac and I back my browser cache up with Time Machine on the Mac, so I can go backwards in time and restore my cache from a point in time. This has saved me a few times when something was deleted from my cache and I was able to roll the cache and settings back a day. If Windows was my primary platform, I could do something similar on it.
I am hoping you write back and say it is a different browser or computer.
My best,
droopy

Ah bummer @droopydog500 - yes, I am using the same browser and computer. However, I did have Norton perform a cleanup recently which might have impacted the favorites. Thanks for the clue.

Ahhh, yes. That likely wiped the cache. I am sorry. The other ways to save can help hedge against that. Saving locally or in your creative cloud account (image only) or copying the url (take you back to prompt and styles.
Hope this doe snot happen again!

@Mathieu385763475tzs if you mean your saved favorites - those are tied to the browser cache. If you reset or cleared your caches those are now gone.
