1. 크롬브라우저-시크릿창에서 작동됨: 확장 프로그램(Extensions)은 전체 3개.(Adobe Acrobat, Chrome Remote Desktop, Google Docs오프라인)과 충돌없음
2. 캐시.쿠키 삭제 후 크롬재시작 : 설정 > 개인정보 및 보안 > 인터넷 사용 기록 삭제에서 캐시된 이미지 및 파일만 선택하여 삭제 후 재시도.
==>시크릿 모드에서 Adobe Firefly가 잘 작동되기 때문에 이것도 아닌것 같습니다.
3. 크롬삭제 후 재설치 시도. 작동안됨

Bonjour, je découvre Firefly. Je suis abonné PS/LR. J'utilise un Mac Book M3Pro sous Sonoma 14.4. Bonne connexion internet. Je commence à me servir de firefly dans l'interface de PS sans problème. Mais quand j'ouvre Firefly WEB je ne peux aller au delà de la page d'accueil dans une demande texte to image... Ecran blanc. Merci pour votre aide.

When I click the generate button from the home screen, I get a blank white screen - it does not generate an image at all. I have tried with vector, with image, with a single prompt (apple) - same result. I am logged in to my Adobe Account, so I am not sure why this is happening. I waited up to 15 mins at one point.
