Blank screen on generation page [merged thread]

pagina de inicio de Firefly es fucnciona, galeria funciona, pero en generar me aparece la pantalla en blanco se queda asi el timpo infinito no cambia, no carga, y no puedo trabajar, me pueden apoyar con una solucion???  queso atento, gracias.!!!

Can you please try a hard refesh of that page? Hold the <SHIFT> key down and press refresh or reload?

If that does not work, please tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Most frequently, this issue is caused by the Windows Firewall blocking connexions to Adobe. If you are using Windows, please try resetting the Windows Firewall back to the default.  If that does not work or you are not using Windows, please tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.
