Credits

Hello, I'm new to Firefly and don't understand how the credit system works.  When I use a non adobe model such as nanobanana, or flux I get charged around 10 credits per prompt, when I use an Adobe model I'm getting charged 20 credits per prompt. I thought it was supposed to be the other way around.

Firefly Image 4 is a standard feature and does not consume Premium Credits. However, as you pointed out, Firefly Image 4 Ultra consumes 20 credits. In contrast, third-party engines consume credits ranging from 10 to 60. For details, please refer to the following pages.

plz help me too, i gave a prompt for a video, it wasnt loading so i refreshed the page, it shows an error message but credits are charged, why?
