Everything bad - struggle with Adobe guidelines

I confess, I don’t understand Firefly sometimes.
I know Adobe is trying to avoid abuse of their AI.

But uploading an image (an image I own, I shot, I have the rights to) and asking Firefly to make this person smile only to then have it repeatedly shot shown by Adobe’s border guards is so frustrating. It literally drives me away from Firefly because why would I spend the money only to be told “no”?

No explanation - just “read this”.

There has to be something better than "because we said so”.
Give me a clue as to where you think this image or this request violates your standards?
How about some kind of appeal process?
I dunno. Something?

You want to make a video of her? She looks like a child and Firefly does not create videos of children (or persons it considers children)

Can you perhaps show the image and your exact prompt?

This is my point. She's in second year college. Meanwhile Midjourney, Runway, and Imagine Art all delivered flawless results without complaint. And if it IS an issue that she looks too young, then Firefly should explain that. Adobe's oversight is really pushing me away from wasting my time and money with the platform.

FIrefly can only consider what it interprets.

This person will probably be asked for an ID when trying to buy alcohol.

I agree! Firefly's interpretation guidelines are too strict when compared to its competitors.
