Hi, why didn't my generative credits reset in January? I still have 78/250 as at the end of December. I have Photography Plan (20 GB). Thank you

From Adobe Help:

 

"When do my generative credits renew?

"For customers with a paid subscription, generative credits renew each month based on the plan’s initial billing date (For example, if the plan started on the 15th of the month, the credits would renew on the 15th of each month)."

I never paid attention to it before, I was convinced that the renewal was there to coincide with the calendar months. So there might be a problem with your non-renewal.

This is all new, so we are learning as we go! The FAQ page that I linked to earlier has this note:

 

"Starting January 17, 2024, we will begin enforcing generative credit limits on select plans, including but not limited to Adobe Firefly. Your plan-specific information will be available on your Adobe account management page, where you can review your generative credit allocation, usage, and experience when you exhaust your generative credits. Check back here after March 1, 2024, to learn when credit limits will apply to other plan types."

This is not working for me. Each month my credits continue to deplete. I signed up originally on Nov 7. Today is June 7. No credit refresh. Still showing 48/100 monthly. I don't use them a lot but I do occasional use generative in Photoshop. When I hit zero that's it. So mine is not refreshing to 100 monthly (should have today--the 7th). And countless interactions with "support" in chat have been zero help (this is way beyond what they can do). How do I get to someone at Adobe who can actually help to fix whatever is wrong my with my account (Photog annual plan)? Thanks.
