I am a little disheartened and extremely annoyed!

I just purchased the year (in full) to use this program. I have made about 10 outputs (generated photos) with this product only find out that I have almost used up all my credits to make any images. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I am already beening asked for more money or wait a month to be able to make any new images. To say I am put off or annoyed would be an understatement!

I am not a fan of paying for something and then finding out there are more costs ascocaited with using a service or product. My responce is to stop using those services. Since I can't find anyway to get my money back I assume I am hooped and have a year that needs to go buy or contact my credit card company and see if they will charge back the cost to my credit card. 

If this would have been stated upfront that would have been another thing. But then I would have read that an not paid for the service.

There are only two plans for FireFly that I could see. Monthly payments or yearly. I bought the yearly plan. This is why I am a bit dismayed.

At the rnd of the month you should get the new round of credits. Also there is this:

Generative credit counts reset each month. If users reach their plan-specific credit limit during the month, until credits reset:

• Creative Cloud all apps and Single App paid users can keep taking generative AI actions, but the use of generative AI features may be slower.
• Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express paid users can take two generative AI actions to create vector graphics or standard resolution* images per day.
• Users with Creative Cloud, Firefly, and Adobe Express free plans can subscribe to a new paid plan to continue creating Firefly-powered assets.

* Standard resolution imagery is up to 2000 x 2000 pixels. Usage rates may vary. Plans are subject to change.

Yes I know. My point is I paid for a year to use a program that only does AI outputs and before I got through one day with it I was all ready been asked for more money. I like to pay once and that is it. Once I find out I am going be asked for more money I am ussually out. Charge more if you have too for the subscription to FireFly or make sure this is know before the customers subscribes. There is a well known Streaming company that tried this. As soon as I came across this I dropped their service. Too many other options out there. Plus for me it seems like a money grab or sneaky- bad business practices.

If you have a good video card / M1/M2 Mac you can get Krita and its generative AI plugin for absolutely free. No credits required, no limits in regard to prompts either.

Thanks for the info. I am a digital artist. I draw all my art by hand in Procreate and Clip Studio Paint Pro, but I have been looking into Kirta and downloaded it on my PC so will check it out. I use the iPad and a Huion 18" pen display on my PC. I am concerned that the content is ethical and copyright free. I am interested in generating AI images as reference, speeding up the process and explore more ideas on a given theme. The drawing by hand and painting is the part I like to labour over.
