I have a Photography subscription and AI credits but I cannot use ray3 in Firefly even though ray3 is supposed to be free.
@Loïc22836480depv even though it is free to try this week, it is still a Premium feature requiring a proper subscription to access.

Hey @Loïc22836480depv
Could you please share a screenshot? I encountered that it was busy.
Cheers

Hi Loïc22836480depv!
Thanks for writing in. What type of subscription do you have? Do you see any error messages?
Let us know. Happy to investigate

I have a Photography subscription as mentioned. I click generate and it leads me straight to the Credits purchase page as it's a "premium" feature. But I pay for a Photoshop + Lightroom subscription already. Since Ray3 is free this week, it should allow me to generate some for free

@Loïc22836480depv yes - if you want more credits to access Premimum features. Depending on when you subscribed to your single app (PS) you either have 500 credits/mo (before 6/17/25) or if you are a new subscriber you only have 25 credits/mo. 500 credits would give you 1 shot at a video generation then you would be out of credits.
All video generators including Ray3 SD starts at 500 credits. HDR starts at 1,500.
You should still be able to see Ray 3 as an option to test prior to 10/1 but you wont be able to use HDR with a single app subscription unless you purchase additional credits to cover the high cost.
