Larger images show up low resolution

I've just started using Firefly Boards and notice that some images I upload are showing up as very low quality/resolution. Seems to not happen with the smaller version of the image, but I would rather get a warning or rejection if my images are going to degrade. Now I'll have to go through and find/replace the bad ones one by one.

Sorry about the issue. What is the resolution of the images? Do the images also show low resolution after downloading them?

Hi Kartika, 

Thank you for the response. I've found since posting, that it seems to be a very slow preview generation, is they clear up after several minutes, but will be low quality when downloaded if downloaded before preview generation. Would be great if there was a way to more efficiently manage that. I've worked with platforms like Miro a lot, and this could be a great alternative if solved. But for it to be so slow to preview is a challenge.

Thanks for pointing this out. Previews can take a little time to render at full quality, and downloading too early may result in lower resolution. We know this can disrupt your workflow. We'll share the suggestion with our development team. Your feedback is really valuable in guiding those improvements.
