Currently have a Creative Cloud plan, which includes Firefly. However, when using Firefly on the web it tells me that I should purchase a plan. I was only able to generate 2 videos
Hello @JuanoPY,
Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.
Users on Creative Cloud plans can use their credits on any standard Firefly feature (e.g., Generative Fill, Generate Image). However, users need to be on Firefly premium plan (or a Creative Cloud Pro plan in North America and rolling out to other regions as of July 1) to access premium features like:

You can keep referring people to the ridiculously convoluted terms of "credits" and the response will be the same. This is not how you introduce a new beta feature. This is not how you response to people having legitimate complaints about an extremely limited beta preview that then demands more money from your top-tier paying users to beta test. Frankly, Adobe should have known better after already alienating your user base back in June.

Hello!
My account shows I have 2000 unused generative credits but when I am attempting to create text to video and select 'generate' a pop up to purchase 'firefly' comes up and does not allow me to use any of my credits available? Please advise? Thank you!

Hi, I am a beta tester and today I cannot use the Adobe Firefly Generate Video anymore without paying here. Can you tell me if that is a mistake? I don't wish to pay at the moment as the video generation is not ideal for now, there is still some improvements needed to be done to be competitive enough to others video generators.
Thanks for your feedback,
Severine

Hi @droopydog500 , I have read your pinned message, this is not really acceptable to get feedback from beta users and then ask them to pay for a beta version. We should have free use of the feature for helping out. I hope you can do something, I am extremly frustrated to be honest, I have been started a new social account based on Ai generated by video and you are stopping me on my way. As I said on my previous post, I am no intend to pay for a beta version that is not competitive enough yet.

I have the same problem. The interface said I'd reached my limit but I have 980 left, and it should be 20 credits per second at the moment ... I have submitted a request to my administrator (as the popup instructed) but I am the admininstrator. That request doesn't give me (as the admin) any way to buy more credits - and even if it did, I shouldn't need them. Can we have some help on this, please 🙏

They really need to figure something out, because this is ridiculous. A lot of us already paying $60+ for creative cloud subscription and then they want us to pay for firefly subscription to generate videos, and it's only Beta? Not even stable. What are they really trying to do? Milk us of all our money? I waited several months for this disappointment. I'll start to look into different alternatives. Any suggestions, feel free to let me know.

Hey, I just started to try with the new Adobe Firefly video model and it stopped soon after. I was able to generate only two videos and after that I got:
"Your complimentary generations have ended. Buy a Firefly plan for continued access." asking me to buy a plan.
I have Adobe All Apps plan with 1000 monthly generative credits, is it a bug or I can;t use them to generate videos?
Kind regards,

Yeah, what the hell is this??... Also (finally, after months of waiting..) got the access to the Firefly Beta for video generations, I have Creative Cloud ALL APPS, with 1000 monthly credits, and after 2 videos generations, was asked to pay for a NEW payment to continue !!?...
In some answers talking about SINGLE apps plan having to pay extra for video generations(?), but hey... ALL APPS, now already paying a whopping 800 e/year(!) SO, really have to pay now more for video generations?? You gotta be kidding me....

I got to make one video before I was out of credits! Waited for weeks for beta access and that's all I got!!

Hi there, same here: have been a paying customer of creative cloud for over 5 years, joined the beta waitlist months ago. Now I was super excited to try it. On the first screen I just entered something, generating one video. Now I actually wanted to test it and it says out of credits. What kind of test is this with a sample size of one?
So is this a glitch or is it how it is meant to be? Below the image I get about buying credits. But also the image that shows my profile stating that I have tons of credits. I am confused.

Firfly Video has allowed me 2 generations then demands I subscribe, ignoring the 1487 generative credits I have in my CC account.
I am using Firefly Video (beta) on Safari, Mac OS 15.3, MBP M4 Max 128GB, 4TB SSD
I am trying to create a 3rd iteration of a simple video (following 2 terrible previous versions), using an image as a prompt, along with text. Every time I attempt to generate now, I get a pop-up telling me to buy a plan. I already have a full CC plan and a Stock plan and have 1487 credits left of my accumulative 2000 credits.
Thanks for any help

Same here. Account says tons of credits. But firefly tells me to buy credits to keep creating (I only managed to get one generation so far).

Turns out it's a con by Adobe to get us mugs to pay for their beta-testing. The results are shockingly bad but they still cut you off after max 2 generations of their visual dribble and then require you to sign up to a new plan to get more of the same garbage. Total swindle! I have one simple word in response to this: 'Qwen'. Free video generation that actually works.

Should this be a beta where you can test this feature?
Now you get two generations and it prompts you to buy to get access?

On different platforms firefly tells me I have 1000/1000 credits left, but when I click generate I get a pop iup to purchase firefly.
This did not happen this morning (I was able to create one video on an iPad), but every subsequent attempt has this problem

If you purchase the full creative cloud plan, you get 1000 credits. But these credits are independant from the Firefly plan credits. Why don't you unify this, and give Full Creative Cloud plan members the Full service?
The separate Firefly plan feels like a cash grab; especially when Firefly is in early-beta.

According to the website, Firefly is included in the Full Creative Cloud subscription. Until you go use it, and it tell you to buy the Firefly plan.

On this page it holds "credits" in equal weight, and when you exhaust credits, you add the Firefly Plan, which makes sense.
But when you use Audio / Video Firefly features, and seek support (who are actually very helpful and just doing their job) — this is where they tell you there's a difference in "credits". There are two kinds, the generative fill Firefly credits and Audio/Video Firefly credits.
This is very misleading.

Just got this from the support team:
"I would like to inform you that currently there is a soft-limit for 2 generative videos a month for Firefly(legacy) which is included in your plan. You can use you credits to generate the images with the remaining credits you have. If you want to generate more videos you will have to take the Firefly Basic or Pro Plan which will be in addition to your plan."
As a subscriber and someone who's been waiting in the beta list, this is disappointing.
