Users on Creative Cloud plans can use their credits on any standard Firefly feature (e.g., Generative Fill, Generate Image). However, users need to be on Firefly premium plan (or a Creative Cloud Pro plan in North America and rolling out to other regions as of July 1) to access premium features like:

I have 230 credits remaining until 10th May. It's 5th may, and despite the fact that I have barely used firefly this month and have 230 credits I am told that I have used all my credits which is not true and I have to purchase a plan to use firefly.

Hi there!
I have generative credits on my account but I'm unable to generate text to video/stills to video.
It says contact adobe or request more credits
Please can you advise? Im happy to buy a plan but I was under the impression I have 1000 to play with for free month-to-month with my all creative cloud subscription

I purchased standard Firefly plan, which should allow me limited capability to generate video from image. I have an all app creative cloud subscription. When I try to generate video, It keeps bringing up purchase page when I push generate. What can I do?

Leider lässt mich die Funktion "Bild zu Video" kein Video erstellen. Ich bekomme ständig eine Fehlermeldung: "Du hast keinen Zugriff auf diese Funktion. Du kannst deinen Admin kontaktieren, um Zugriff anzufordern.". Die Admins haben mir volle Rechte gegeben und wir besitzen auch die volle Creative Cloud. Was können wir da tun?
