P: Firefly Video access issues with organisations on Enterprise or Teams plans

I'm trying to use firefly video generator, but it's not allowing me. Saying the following (see screenshot)

(translated from Dutch):

''You have no access to this funtion
You can contact your provider to ask for permission.''

Is this a bug, or is the feature legitimately locked for me for some reason?

I received an email stating that Generate Video (beta) is now available for me. i logged into adobe firefly and when i clicked the generate button it says - You do not have access to this feature.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Is your account an enterprise/school/teams account or do you have a persona create cloud plan?

Thank you for the swift reply. I work at a University, so would surmise this is a s[PII removed by moderator]chool account. My University has all the licenses for the Adobe Creative Cloud.

I recieved a mail saying that I can now access Adobe Firefly Video Model and generate videos. But sadly I am denied when prompting for the video generation.

I've tried to use image to video and text to image, but every time I try to generate a prompt I get a grey box with an excalmation mark and it doesn't generate any video.

I wasn't sure if this was because the system is currently overloaded, or if there is may be a problem my end?

Yo soy la persona administradora de la cuenta, por lo que no entiendo que no pueda hacer dicha operación. Necesito que me lo resuelvan cuanto antes, por favor.

I received my "You're In, it's time to try Firefly" acceptance email. When I clicked on the link and logged in to my Adobe account and try to generate a video, I received the message I was denied acces. I'm using the same account I used to register for the beta. I already tried logging in and out and resetting my browser. None of this worked.

Are you using a personal creative cloud plan or one from a company/school/organisation (an enterprise or teams plan)?

The Adobe administrator in your organisation has to provision access. If you organisation does not have video generation in their package, they will need to contact Adobe sales.
