P: Firefly Video access issues with organisations on Enterprise or Teams plans

I'm trying to use firefly video generator, but it's not allowing me. Saying the following (see screenshot)
(translated from Dutch):
''You have no access to this funtion
You can contact your provider to ask for permission.''
Is this a bug, or is the feature legitimately locked for me for some reason?
Thanks in advance for the help.

UPDATE (as of Feb 13)
I have asked Adobe for some clarification on this and they have told me the following:
Text to video and image to video are not available for EDU enterprise plans at this time. Apologies to those of you on EDU plans who received email saying you could now access the Firefly video beta.
For all other enterprise plans, if the enterprise has purchased a plan that includes audio and video generation the enterprise administrator will see that module as being available. If

Hello Adobe,
I gotta email that I had access to the Beta Firefly Generate Video on Feb. 12th. I was only able to generate 2 videos and barred from doing any more. So a window comes up to ask for permission to make more renders. My company has an Enterprise account where they are the administrator. So I submitted a request. The screenshot below is what I got. Is this a limited access for Beta or will this be an additional expense to my company's account?

Hello @monicah18480071,
It depends on what plan your organisation has as to whether video generation is included or requires a plan addition.

I too am having the issue on an Enterprise version - HOWEVER, please read the rest of my message, as it is a different aspect I'm enquring about (and giving feedback on).
I understand this is a new feature being rolled-out, but did you alert the administrators for adobe accounts about this? I belong to a University, and I fear the person who manages the software will now be inundated with enquiries from staff and students without understanding what precipitated this change. I know the logistics around subscription renewal result in an increase workload and stress for the responsible party... so goodness knows what this will do!
Also.... If the additional features of firefly (e.g. video) require a company to upgrade their plan, I think it might have been more responsible to omit enterprise users from beta-testing (or at least not call it "beta testing" and inform those not on enterprise plans that allow video use, that they're not going to be able to use the feature).

Agree! I work for a university as well. If Firefly is going to cost extra, it's pointless to "offer" us to test it in beta.

At this time, text to video is not available on EDU plans. I suspect Adobe sent that email about the beta to everyone on the waiting list without filtering out people on an EDU plan.

Thanks for checking that Droopy. I'm glad that I didn't bother our software administrator - again, something else I hope Adobe consider when it comes to future rollouts (but I do appreciate a generic message is probably easier to implement... that said, the issue could be prevented further upstream - I refer back to more stringent filters applied to those accepted for beta-testing (: ).

According to our administrator they have nowhere to "grant access" Firefly is not mentioned anywhere in the administration section for the corporate licenses, so the admin is clueless to where they can grant the access. Could it be a bug?

I am the admin of my Adobe org, and I can confirm that Adobe Firefly is enabled under the product profile, yet all of my users get the "You don’t have access to Firefly. Contact your admin for details." message.
What can I do to troubleshoot this and get my users access?

I have been informed via email that "I am in". However, I cannot use the feature. Do you have any tips on why this might be happening?

Thanks for the reply, but I'm not on an EDU account. I also notice that when I try the text-to-video, I am charged credits and I don't get the notice that I don't have access until after I type a prompt .

Are you unable to successfully generate or are you able to at this time?

Hi @philpettit,
Please talk with your local Adobe enterprise administrator. If you are not sure who that is, start with your IT department. If your organisation does not have a plan that includes video, the administrator can contact Adobe sales to see what they need to do to add it to your plan.

I gained access to text-to-video, but after entering a prompt, I received a message saying I need to contact my administrator to request access.
