So called user guidelines

I have a photo of my niece and wanted to make a fun video for her. I cannot because of these so called user guidelines. I read them and I see nothing that should prevent me from using my own photo. This application has sent this message over and over again and I do not understand.

@Levi Simply click accept and use the image. The pop up occurs each time you upload a reference image.

Was this in a video generation?  If so, please note that the Adobe Firefly video beta will not generate videos using keyframes that contain children. That is a limitation of the beta.
