Hey everyone,
I’m not sure if this is just me, but I’ve noticed something odd when using Adobe Firefly alongside Spotify. Whenever I’m working on image generations or more complex prompts in Firefly, my Spotify playback sometimes stutters, slows down, or briefly drops in quality. Once Firefly finishes processing, the music goes back to normal.
My internet connection is stable, and this doesn’t happen when I’m browsing or using other creative tools — it seems specific to when Firefly is actively generating something. I’m wondering if it’s a resource or bandwidth conflict, or maybe something in the browser that’s affecting both apps at once.
I came across a related discussion here on Adobe Community: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-firefly-discussions/how-can-i-use-spotify-music-in-adobe-firefl... — but it doesn’t address the stuttering issue specifically.
Has anyone else run into this? Are there browser settings, system tweaks, or workflow tricks that can keep Spotify Premium running smoothly while using Firefly? Any advice would be really appreciated for those of us trying to enjoy music while working on creative projects.
Regards

I am sorry for the issue. We do not have anyone who has reported this issue. Can you check with a different browser to see if this happens on all browsers? Please also try using the Spotify application instead of the browser. During the image generation, the browser communicates with the servers. Does Spotify also slow down when downloading something? This seems to be an internet issue.
Can you check the resource manager and see what is creating the issue? Please share a screen recording of the resource manager so we can investigate this further.
Thanks
