Unable to View Generative Credits and Limited Access to "Text to Image" Feature (Free User)

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am a free user of Adobe Firefly. However, I am currently unable to view my available Generative Credits.
I have logged into the Firefly platform and checked both the profile menu and the account management page, but I do not see any section showing my remaining Generative Credits.

According to the official information, free users should receive 25 Generative Credits per month.
Could you please assist me in confirming whether my account is eligible and advise me on how I can correctly view my Generative Credits?

In addition, when I attempt to use the "Text to Image" feature, it automatically uses the "Image 4" model and prompts me to start a trial, stating that I only have 10 generation attempts available.
I would like to know if this is expected behavior for free users, and whether I can access the basic "Text to Image" feature without being limited to this 10-time trial.

Thank you, I using desktop web chrome to  Adobe Firefly
it seem to constrained using image 4 model like below picture 1.

By the way, in the profile menu and the account management page, I do not see any section showing my remaining Generative Creditslike below picture 2.

It looks like you do not have a plan on this account. What plan(s) are you subscribed to? Are you logged into the correct account?

Please include the following information:
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).

I am not subscribed to any paid plans — I’m just a free user.
I checked account.adobe.com, but I’m not sure which section I should be looking at (please see the attached screenshot).
When I click into “Plans & Payment,” it just says that I don’t have any paid plans.

I just want to know how I can check how many Firefly credits I have remaining for this month.

Ah, I understand. While I have not seen this announced, the language in the Generative AI Credits FAQ seems indicate they have moved away from a guaranteed number of credits for people without a paid plan. In order to have a guaranteed number of credits, you have to be on one of these plans:
