في منزل قديم يقع في ضاحية نائية... وفي منتصف الليل... عاد سامي، شاب في العشرينات، إلى بيت العائلة بعد وفاة والده.

سامي (بصوت داخلي متوتر):

منذ أن توفي والدي، قررت العودة إلى بيت العائلة... لا أعلم لماذا هذا البيت يبعث القشعريرة في جسدي.

:bellhop_bell:️ [المشهد 2 - المفاجأة]

[مؤثر: جرس باب قديم يرن – صمت]

فجأة... جرس الباب يرن... الساعة تشير إلى الثانية عشرة وثلاث دقائق بعد منتصف الليل.

سامي (بدهشة وخوف):

من قد يزورني في هذا الوقت؟!

[مؤثر: صوت فتح باب ببطء – هواء بارد]

يفتح الباب... لا أحد هناك، سوى ظرف بني موضوع على الأرض.

[مؤثر: تمزيق ظرف ببطء]

يأخذ الظرف ويفتحه ببطء...

سامي (يقرأ):

"لقد عدت... لا تغلق الباب الليلة."

:waning_crescent_moon: [المشهد 3 - التصعيد]

[مؤثر: الأنوار تنطفئ فجأة – صوت خطوات تظهر وتختفي]

الليل يزداد ظلمة. سامي يغلق الباب رغم التحذير.

سامي (بقلق):

ما هذا؟!

[مؤثر: صوت فتح باب مطبخ ببطء – همسات خفيفة]

سامي يتسلل حاملاً سكين مطبخ، يفتح باب المطبخ...

لا أحد هناك.

لكن على الحائط... مكتوب بالدم:

"أنت لم تفتح لي... الآن سأفتحك أنا."

:door: [المشهد 4 - الرعب]

[مؤثر: دقات ساعة بطيئة – باب خشبي يفتح]

سامي يركض نحو غرفة الجدة، التي توفيت منذ خمس سنوات...

يفتح الباب... يجد امرأة تجلس على السرير، تنظر مباشرة إلى المرآة.

سامي (بهمس):

جدة...؟

[مؤثر: التفاف الرأس ببطء – صرير خافت]

المرأة تدير رأسها ببطء… لكنها بلا وجه.
