Hi there!

I subscribed to Adobe Firefly today (so I now have a paid account).

I tried generating some pictures and when I downloaded them, it still have the Adobe Watermark on them.

I thought that this watermark would not be on the picture as I have a paid subscription.

Does anyone know how to download the pictures without the watermark?

Kind regards 🙂

Hello @Shanna_Koopman2002,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Did you try immediately after subscribing? You might need to log out and log back in again. When you click on your icon in the upper right corner, how many credits does it say you have?

@Shanna_Koopman2002,

Ok, we cannot see your account information here. I think you will need to contact Adobe customer service to see what the problem is. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs here of people claiming to work for Adobe. They are likely to be scammers.
