We invite you to take part in our Fantasy Creature Art Challenge! Unleash your imagination and design a unique fantasy creature with all its magical charm. Create a detailed illustration showcasing its physical traits—size, color, texture, and special features like wings or horns. Place it in a fitting environment that enhances its design, whether it's a mystical forest, a desert, or an underwater realm.
The prompt I used in Firefly- create a white dragon with large wings, and flying on the sky.
I clicked Download to download the image to my computer.
What to Submit:
- Your Images: Images of your fantasy creature
- Your Prompt: Share the text prompt you used for your creation.
Submission Deadline:
- Please submit your creations by Aug 11 , 2024, 12:00 AM PT (GMT+7).
How to Participate
1/ Create Your Image:
- Launch Adobe Firefly and select the Text to Image feature.
- Create a prompt and generate your image. Need ideas? Visit the community tab for inspiration, or ask here for ideas.
2/ Capture Your Creation:
- Once satisfied with your image, hover over it and click “Share” at the top right corner.
- Select “Copy image” from the drop-down menu.
3/ Submit Your Entry:
- Come back to this thread, click “Reply,” paste your image, and describe the prompt you used.
- Hit “Post” to submit your entry.

I let Firefly choose the animal and it did quite a good job. And I was aiming for a mix of different animals.

When I came in here, I saw a lot of flying animals. I guess great people think the same 😄
I started out just thinking of the flying elephants from the animated Dumbo movie, and since it fantasy I wanted to see if FF could handle making it in stained glass.
The prompt: "In stained glass an yellow elephant with wings flying through clouds, a watercolor illustration".
The result:
The watercolour was FF own suggestion, and I think it worked.
