What happens to our own Reference Images in Firefly?

Community Beginner ,

I see that we can upload our own reference photo to Firefly 2.
My question is where does that photo go? Does it get added into Firefly's data bank? Are we risking copyrighted images by sharing them to Firefly as a reference photo?

As of my understanding, Adobe is sourcing the learning materials from Adobe stock (and indemnifies contributors) and public domain assets.

Hello (new here) I'm very interested in the topic. Do you have any further information or links about where our own reference pics go  and if copyright info gets tagged? Happy about any hint!

Here's the message displayed when you upload an image:

About uploading images

Generative Match helps users apply a particular style to their prompts. To use this service, you must have the rights to use any third-party images, and your upload history will be stored as thumbnails.

Since they're only storing the uploads as thumbnails, I woukd assume that they're not suitable for use in the databank..
