I dont know why Im getting this "You no longer have access to Firefly due to violation of our User Guidelines" message. I dont think that Im violating any of the User Guidelines. But if I do, please tell me what kind of violation that I did. This web really helped my work and now I cant used it anymore, I just want to know the reason.

@Amal Sridar contact Adobe Customer Support. Log into Adobe.com then use the chat pod in the lower right. Type "Agent" to get in the queue for a live person. Otherwise you can contact AdobeCare on X. https://x.com/AdobeCare

For this, it is best to contact an Adobe person through the chat. Link is below. Type 'real agent' for a real person. Beware of people contacting you directly saying they are from Adobe.

I have the same issue with everyone else... Getting the message "You no longer have access to Firefly due to violation of our User Guidelines" on my Lightroom although I believe and can transparently say I did not violate any of its policies. I looked online for fixes and it appears unsolved. Yeah, I see the message saying to contact an agent, BUT I DID AND GOT NO ONE. I tried again, no response and actually just ended the conversation before it started. I tried calling directly, but instead, I got redirected to this forum. WHAT CAN I DO?? I do apologize that I am a little stressed in not being able to edit photos on time, however this issue seems like it shouldn't have started to begin with.

@salmonforsalmon, based on other reports (Generative Fill in Photoshop not working), this might have been related to a system problem. Are you still experiencing this issue?

Yup, it was and for anyone who'll experience this issue... just wait for the problem to fix itself. Also, contact an agent, but there's this system problem from time to time. Took about an hour to fix and all good.

Je peux toujours retrouver mes images en favoris, mais je ne peux plus rien générer.
