Accented characters not being served

We're using one of the fonts that has been removed from typekit on our site.  While the font itself is still being served, it seems as though accented characters of the font are not.  The font we are using is big-caslon-fb, and you can see an example of it in use here:  https://www.rewire.org/writer/trene-todd/.  The é is incorrect.  Is there a way we can get this character to work properly now that the font is no longer available in typekit?  When I swap out big-caslon-fb for adobe-caslon-pro, the é works just fine.

Ok, figured it out...a coworker setup the web project and only turned on English as the language subsetting.  So now...is there any way to share font web project access between accounts?
