Hi --
We have a Shared Device Liscense for our academic lab. Our student users are not able to access Adobe Fonts. When an admin with an Adobe User accounts signs, the fonts are available. But student users get an error message that the fonts are not available.
I know other have posted about this, and Adobe said they are working on this as a "known issue." Does anyone have any updates or suggestions on this?
Thank you!

Hi @bentleyc53945800 ,
Unfortunately, using the Adobe Fonts service and custom fonts feature requires the user to be signed into the Creative Cloud desktop application with an Adobe ID. It's not possible to use font services with a shared device license. We apologize for the frustration. Please refer to the article link below for more details on Shared Device Licensing FAQ:

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you,
Neelam

We have the same problem. At our faculty we subscribed to Adobe CC - for employees Named User license, and for students Shared Device license (computer lab). We thought that students in computer lab at faculty could access what Adobe CC offers, but no. No fonts for them. There goes creativity. There is also no any reminder/notice when comparing plans/subscriptions.
We are disappointed.
