We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble. According to what I understand, when you search for a font, it doesn't come up right away; instead, it only appears after you select the Grid option. If that's the case, may I ask when you first started noticing this problem?

Have you attempted using another browser to see if it occurs there too? Have you tried deleting your browser's cache and cookies? Have you lately added any third-party browser plugins?

Thank  yot. Turned out to be a problem with the ISP
