Hi,

I recently subscribed to the creative cloud. While doing my Adobe portfolio I started to meet problems with Adobe font (the red bar error with typekit problem....). I realized I'm enable to access to https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts (the page starts loading but nothing on the screen...) so I can't manage my adobe fonts... And I don't know why.

I'm using a Mac OS Sierra 10.13 and Chrome. I tried to use Safari but this is the same problem. I'm pretty new with Adobe font and I don't know how to use.... How can I fix my problem? Is this a problem with my laptop? my account? Am I the only one to have this problem?

Is i t possible to use creative cloud without using adobe font?

Any suggestions will be appreciate Thanks!!

Hi bhhght,

I'm sorry you ran into trouble here. Would you get in touch at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html:

- the account email you're using?

- a screenshot of the error?

This will help us figure out what's going on Thanks for your help. Have a great weekend.

Cheers,

Benjamin
