I add the font family Muli through the adobe website signed in to my account
It does not show in the desktop cloud app, also signed in, and does not show up when I try to use it in Illustrator and Photoshop... It's actually not showing any fonts activated in the cloud app even though there are several that I have activated and used without issue up until now...
I uninstalled and reinstalled the whole creative cloud app, updated everything I could think of and tried the troubleshooting I could find and nothing seems to work Please help
Yet another update!
A few days after Adobe Support helped me resolve the issue, it happened again - while I was downloading fonts. One font appeared in CC and InDesign, and a minute later, the second font I downloaded did not appear. I have logged out and in and poof - the same issue occurs and I have 0 fonts on Adobe CC.
This time I have consulted Chat GPT about the firewall approach because I couldnt remember what the agent did, and he mentioned antiviruses, so I did a test. I quit Adobe CC, tem
Hi @rotem_8536, thanks for sharing the details on how you were able to resolve the issue. Sometimes antivirus and firewalls automatically include certain Adobe services in their restricted list, and we are then required to whitelist them in order for them to work properly.
It seems that the steps mentioned by the LLM helped you achieve the same result.
Thanks for sharing it here; it'd help other community users resolve such issues.
Best!

Hi @shericbauer,
Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Please make sure you're signed in with your correct Adobe ID on both on Creative Cloud Desktop app and on the web.
Try using Creative Cloud Cleanner tool- https://adobe.ly/4nPgskV , also make sure all Adobe apps are closed before you do this step, and reinstall the Creative cloud Desktop app.
Let us know if that helps.
Regards,
Tarun

I ran the log collector and then the Creative Cloud Cleaner as you said and the font is still not accessible 😞

Sometimes it takes a while for activated fonts to sync across cloud and apps. Try signing out and back in, or clearing cache — that usually refreshes the font list. If it’s still missing, double-check if the font is supported by the specific app you’re using.

The same thing happened to me a week ago on my student account, but only on my personal Mac. I have logged out and in, restarted, reinstalled, and nothing has helped. I have now created a personal account on Adobe (outside my university account), and the same issue occurred with the personal account.

Hi Tarun,
Here's an update: I contacted Adobe support, and the agent took control of my computer. They have tried some things that I have tried before (deleting "coresync", trying to add a font to the library etc. Nothing worked) eventually, they quit creative cloud, closed all the background tasks related to creative cloud, then disabled the firewall and re-opened creative cloud. All the fonts were there.
NOTE: The agent mentioned that an adobe agent must do that for you as there is something that they do to creative cloud to run even when the firewall is down (they explained but I didn't quite understand and cannot remember what it was - Tarun, feel free to explain if you know why)
Good luck!

Been struggling with the same exact same issue. Let an agent take control of my computer, but they were unable to solve the issue. They opened a ticket after, but then it was closed automatically without any resolution. Going on week three of being unable access to Adobe Fonts.

This time I have consulted Chat GPT about the firewall approach because I couldnt remember what the agent did, and he mentioned antiviruses, so I did a test. I quit Adobe CC, temporarily disabled my antivirus web and realtime protections and launched CC again - and all the fonts were there.
Later, Chat GPT helped me to exclude Adobe CC's apps from the antivirus web and realtime protections and now it's working - hopefully for good.
BTW, I was using the free version of Chat GPT.
Good luck!
