Hi everyone,
I've now had this problem for many Months and I'm so incredibly frustrated with it...
If i activate any font on the Website it says that it was activated as it should be but in the Cloud-App nothing changes. I only have this problem on my Laptop, on my PC at home everything works fine...
I tried to de- and reactivate adobe fonts in the app, I have also reinstalled many times. I also tried to locate the font-files on my PC but in the .r-folder that usually holds all the fonts
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync\plugins\livetype\r
there are only files with the filetype "file" and I can't open any of them.
I thought that maybe it just didn't load beacuse of bad connection, but I tried it with differentworks and not even that is the case.
I am clueless what the problem could be. I tried everything i knew of and nothing worked, pleasae help...
PS: I'm from germany so the screenshots are in german, sorry
PPS: I am logged in on the screenshot of the CC-App, there is just no profile picture for some reason

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Font files that are synced from Adobe Fonts are not going to be visible to Windows File Explorer. The font data is hidden to prevent unwanted copying/sharing of font files with people who aren't Creative Cloud subscribers.
Do you have more than one Creative Cloud user account? If you have a single Creative Cloud account do you have more than two computers signed into it? If no more than two computers are signed into the CC account then there could be a glitch in the sync process. Try signing out of Creative Cloud on your notebook computer, re-boot the system and then sign back into the account again. Sometimes that will force a refresh of account sync and make recently added fonts from Adobe Fonts visible in Adobe applications. If that doesn't work it might be necessary to delete the font cache.
