How to turn OFF automatic font activation in Photoshop

Photoshop recently started automatically activating fonts any time I open a document. I open a lot of documents from other people and do NOT want the fonts to automatically activate! HOW DO I TURN THIS OFF???

it's a realy big sad problem
personnaly I use Suitecase fusion to manage my fonts

i use different fonts sources Google, Adobe, or other sources perso the auto activation create/generate a lot of problems in my documents  please Allow preferences to desactivate the auto activation !!!

All mcurrents projets buggs because they want toi change fonts and creat conflicts, it's intolerable in professional production
