I am trying to use the font RIFT, which I have synced from typekit and have used without any issues in Indesign. I have restarted Powerpoint and my computer and still it doesn't show up. Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance!

Moving this question from Using the Community (forums) to AdobeFonts (formerly Typekit).

Thanks, but it's still not working. In fact my whole CC library is grayed out and unusable in PPT.

I already had this selected but went ahead and turned it off then on again and tried going through your steps. Still nothing. I should note that none of my adobe subscription fonts seem to be loading in PPT but they work fine in Indesign.

Which version of MS Office do you have?

Do Adobe Fonts display in MS Word?  They do for me.

I haven't used Powerpoint in more than a decade so I can't check.

It does or does NOT work in Word?

Which version of Microsoft Office do you have  --  2016, 2019?

Have you contacted Adobe Support yet and what did they tell you?

Does NOT, sorry. 2016 for mac and when I go to check for updates it says it is the most recent version???

I talked to Adobe who said it was a Microsoft issue and then with Microsoft who said it was an Adobe issue... a lot of pointing fingers.

Going to try to remove all the fonts and wipe the cache and then reload and see if that does anything.
