templates & droits d'auteurs

Bonjour, GiGi 32 ans, nouveau sur Adobe, veuillez m'excuser si mon post est dans la mauvaise categorie.

Je souhaiterai dans le futur vendre des modeles (templates). Je sais qu'il faut postuler sur Adobe Stock. Ma question concerne la vente sur d'autres websites. 

Sur beaucoup de plateformes il y a la possibilité de vendre des templates (des affiches par exemple).

Mais je voudrais savoir, si le fait de vendre un template comportant une typographie est une atteinte aux droits de l'auteur de la typographie? Car certains documents sont vendus avec un fichier .eps > donc le fichier peut etre ouvert sur Adobe CC mais aussi sur d'autres logiciels. 

Donc si je créé une affiches sur Adobe Illustrator et que je la vends comme template sur un site, aurais-je commis un prejudice envers l'auteur de la typographie ou de Adobe? (du fait que le fichier de vente inclus la typographie de l'auteur)

si c'est le cas et que je crée ma propre typographie,  pourrais-je alors vendre ce template?

There is no problem with you selling Templates but font licenses are NOT transferable.

"If distributed, the design should not contain the original font, but can be converted to vector outlines, rasterized, or subsetted and embedded in an electronic document like a PDF or eBook."
