I am pretty sure that I purchased a Times New Roman font kit from Adobe in late 2011 and used it for design in a logo in 2012. I opened the logo yesterday and got the message that TimesNewRomanMTStd Cond is MISSING! I know I used the same logo without issue just last fall as the client was re building some of it's letterhead.
I asked the client (who has his own creative cloud account) to check and his font is missing too. When you search Adobe Fonts for anything related to Times New Roman - you just get a big fat "sorry".
I got on creative cloud support and the young man on chat was of very little help. Any thoughts about how I get to the font pack I bought back before everything was lost in the cloud?
Hi AKSummers75,
Sorry for the confusion here. Times New Roman has never been a part of the Adobe Fonts library. However, there used to be an Adobe Type store where we sold individual licenses for fonts. It's possible this is where you purchased it. This store has been retired.
Any past Adobe purchases which are still available to download are listed on your plans & products account pages:

If you purchased the font family, you should have the receipt, and the download somewhere, no?
I don't believe every single one of Adobe's fonts are available on Adobe Fonts, especially those that they licensed from Linotype and Monotype (like this one, thus the MT in the font family name).
Here is more info, and I guess you could always buy it again, if necessary. ;-(

Thanks! The link you sent will be helpful if I can't get Adobe to restore my purchase. Bought the font in late 2010 - worked fine as long as it was in my system fonts - unfortunately I've gone through several computers since then and just did not notice that I was "beholden" to the Adobe cloud. Found a link on Adobe explaining retired fonts Typekit Help | Retiring fonts from the subscription library - it says I should still have access to purchases - let's see it that's true. The problem is going to be finding a tech support who can get me to the right department.
I've been a big fan of yours for years! Thank you for all your tips and inspiration.

Product downloads remain in your account for three years after the date of purchase. You can read more about this Adobe policy here:

If the fonts are not available for you to download, you will need to purchase new desktop font licenses from the foundry or their authorized reseller such as MyFonts.
Cheers,
Benjamin
