Unable to locate Purchased Fonts From Berthold in Adobe Account

I purchased fonts from a 3rd party, Berthold. I purchased with my Adobe ID and was sent an email to the same email address which is the Adobe ID.

I tried following the instructions from berthold which are: Following is the link for your Adobe Voucher per your order:

Akzidenz-Grotesk Std

TO REDEEM THE VOUCHER YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN TO THE ADOBE ACCOUNT USING THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS LISTED ON THE WEB FONT ORDER FORM FOR THE ADOBE ID AND THEN CLICK ON THE ABOVE VOUCHER URL.

If the Voucher is redeemed by a different Adobe ID login email address it will invalidate the license.

I followed the instructions, the link is invalid for me. I contacted Berthold and was told they see the fonts are active in my Adobe account. 

 

I do not see the fonts at all in my account. 

I reached out to Adobe Support and was told I must upgrade from the free plan in order to use the purchased fonts from the 3rd party. But before I do I should post on this community for assistance on how to locate the fonts within the account. 

 

I purchased the Fonts in March 2022. I am trying to use them now and cannot locate them in the same account ID. 

 

Please assist.
