What happened to ITC Franklin Gothic font family?

Downloading fonts for new job and went to download ITC Franklin Gothic family and all that Adobe has for that family is the Condensed and Compressed forms. The entire family use to have Regular, Medium, Demi and Heavy included.

I see them with ATF Franklin Gothic. Why isn't the ITC family fully complete?

I also need ITC Frankline Gothic Demi Compressed and Condensed version - assume ITC is different than URW family (or looks enough not the same).  Thanks.

Me too, I miss the ITC Franklin Gothic regular versions (Book, Demi, Heavy) from Monotype. Why aren't they available?

I've been using these fonts previously in a document which I am now updating with some new text. But the URW family, as suggested in the answer from Tarun, is slighty different, of course since it comes from a different manufacturer. The URW versions build differently, which gives different length of lines and changes the impression of the typygraphy and the whole artwork. 

Is there a chance Adobe will provide the ITC Franklin Gothic regular versions?

It is somewhat common for type foundries to offer a limited number of styles in type families they offer at Adobe Fonts. That is certainly true in the case of Monotype (which now owns ITC and a bunch of other type foundries). Consider the ITC Avant Garde Gothic family: only 3 styles are available at Adobe Fonts, but the type family has 20 font files. Adobe can do only so much to convince the people at Monotype to offer the complete families of those typefaces. Monotype has its own competing subscription fonts service and they own the most popular online fonts stores.

Adobe Fonts has a URW version of Franklin Gothic which offers more styles. You might notice some slight differences in the glyphs versus the ITC version. By the way, Monotype bought URW in 2020.

Another possible work-around: Latino Gothic from Latinotype looks a lot like Franklin Gothic. Adobe Fonts has a Variable version of it with 3 axes. It can be a very handy substitute for Franklin Gothic.

I have to agree. We're updating our brand guidelines and trying to ensure that fonts will look the same across devices and programs. Powerpoint only uses ITC versions, and every adobe version (URW and ATF) have a noticeably wider character width. The ITC versions are much more consistent in my experience.

Just in case anyone was looking for the ITC version of the font as well, it is in Adobe. For some reason it wouldn't pick it up automatically in Adobe apps, but adding it via the Adobe Fonts website worked.

The fonts from the ITC Franklin Gothic family being offered at Adobe Fonts are still a limited selection (which was the complaint from the person who started the discussion thread). 12 font files from the family are carried at Adobe Fonts while the full family has 20 fonts. I also looked at the ITC Franklin family at the MyFonts web store; it has 48 fonts as well as a staggering price of over $3000.
