Allmost all my favorite fonts have dissapeared from InDesign. Im desperate. Anyone know how to get ex. Zapf Dingbats and Bliss back? I used the Mac "fontbook" before to install fonts.
Can I use another program or am I lost in the power of Adobe?
Hoping greetings.

Zapf Dingbats is available as a system typeface included in MacOSX and iPadOS. It's strange that one isn't showing up in your fonts list. I don't know about Bliss; it's not a system typeface and isn't available via Adobe Fonts. Have you uninstalled any applications or made any other updates to your computer before the fonts disappeared?
I don't think Zapf Dingbats has been included in any Adobe applications in a long time. It was in the "collection 220" fonts package that came with PageMaker (a forerunner of InDesign) and I think it may have been included with certain copies of Adobe Type Manager. Those were Postscript Type 1 fonts which are no longer supported in current versions of Adobe's applications (thanks, Harfbuzz). Some other rival graphics applications have included Zapf Dingbats in their fonts collections (CorelDRAW, Deneba Canvas).
Try closing all Adobe applications, signing out of Creative Cloud, rebooting your computer and then signing back into Creative Cloud. It could refresh the fonts list. If that doesn't work you can try clearing the font data cache.

@annemettel7916144, are these the only two fonts you lost? What do you mean by “all my favorites?” Did you tag these as favorites and they are no longer tagged or are you saying they are wiped off your computer altogether? Did you check your /Library/Fonts folder to see if they are there?
You can download Zapf Dingbats and reinstall it fairly easily here: https://fontsgeek.com/fonts/zapf-dingbats-regular. Is the Bliss font from World of Warcraft? Not sure if that is available by that name anymore.

I would recommend checking to see if Zapf Dingbats is still installed in the computer system and trying the trouble-shooting steps to see if Adobe applications "see" it once again. Zapf Dingbats is supposed to be included with Mac OSX. Web sites that allow free downloads of commercial fonts are sketchy.
Regarding Bliss, the OP may be referring to Jeremy Tankard's type family:
