Do you have both applications in the same version? With "doesnt sync", do you mean that AME cannot connect to After Effects for rendering After Effects comps? Or does After Effects fail to launch AME for queueing?

Please provide more info so that we can help you. Also: What are your system specs (OS, CPU, GPU, memory)?
