It seems that you are trying to create ProRes 422 MOV Proxies from within Adobe Premiere Pro. Would you be able and willing to share a project with media for us to look into the issue? I can private message you the instructions in this forum.

It seems to be importing properly with your recent update this morning. However, I'm noticing that in frame.io if you select a preset to upload (1080 or 720p) it always uses "match source High bitrate" as the preset in media encoder no matter what. So it's always uploading a 4k.

Ok...What happens when you switch to a compatible preset? 🙂

The main problem is that the metadata/preset info isn't getting passed over from Premiere to media encoder. So, I choose a preset in Premiere Beta for export, then open media encoder and get the error message. I can choose the preset in media encoder and it will export. But, it should automatically have the preset from Premiere pro and be ready for export.
