Media Encoder Stuck on Loading ImporterARRIRAW.prm (See Attached Image)
Tried reinstalling but same issue
Tried older version and works perfectly, but Premiere doesn't detect an older version Media Encoder

Can't use older version since I've already been using the latest version of premiere on all of my Projects.

Help.

because ME of specific version works only with AE and Pr of specific/same version. and no, i didn't try installing beta versions because my schedule is tight and i don't have time for experiments..

my only guess - company blocking some intenet ports/adresses what prevents app from starting up.

What is the reason that you stick to older version? Did you try in newer (beta) versions?

same here. still. last version which works for me is v23.3(build 57). all newer - crashes at loading ARRIRAW.prm. no matter what project i use, just after fresh install.

at work:

os: Windows 10 Enterprise, v10.0.19045 build 19045
mobo: ASUS X99-A
cpu: i7-5930K

vga: RTX 3060 with latest studio drivers installed.

currently i use v23.3 of AE, Pr and ME. CC suggests me to update it, but i can't do so..

so, for 3+ years now i stuck on with old apps..

at home, i have no issues with newest versions of those apps. PC specs is: win11home, amd ryzen 7700x, 32gb ddr5, asrock x670e steel legend.

@hhelmbold Sorry for the trouble. Can you please let me know if it is with all ARRIRAW files or some specific file?

If possible please share your project and files with us. Which version of Premiere Pro are you using?

Same problem here! (but 22 version works fine)

When opening the latest version of Me, the above mentioned message appears and it shows that is downloading but it never finishes and does not open. I had to reinstal both Me and Pr to 22 version to continue my work.
